Relaxed, social-first antenatal classes in Walthamstow — build your parent village before your baby arrives. Our 8-part course brings together up to 12 couples due around the same time: 3 in-person Saturday sessions, plus an online baby & child first aid session, an online Nourish & Recover nutrition session, socials and a reunion — and support continues for 18 months after your baby arrives. £209 per couple (early-bird places from £189).
