Alice is a qualified Yoga Instructor with over 500 hours of Teacher Training. She specialises in pre and post natal yoga and has 2 young boys.

I love Alice’s class. It’s great to be able to make some time to do something for myself that my baby can also enjoy. The fact that classes are online at the moment doesn’t impact the quality of the teaching. Alice is great at describing the various poses so you feel confident with what you are doing. I can feel myself getting stronger and I always end classes feeling refreshed and having learnt some new techniques to practice with my baby.
Alice’s postnatal yoga was my favourite mum and baby class. I felt the pace was just right in helping me to regain strength and flexibility and I enjoyed the options to add challenge as my practice improved. Alice created a welcoming, relaxed and friendly atmosphere for both mums and babies. My daughter also really enjoyed the baby massage element at the end!
