Aleksa Costa STG PILATES Method

I am I pre and post natal trained Pilates instructor with my studio in Fulham. I will be hosting weekly Pelvic Floor Bootcamp Classes from my studio.

My Pelvic Floor Bootcamp Class is a 30 minute where women will tone and engage the Pelvic Floor and abs and will learn how to regain pelvic floor strength following birth. Through Pilates movements and breathing techniques you will be coached on how to regain strength.
