Acton Mum Baby Yoga is run by Maysa Marques. Maysa is a fully qualified yoga teacher and mum living in Acton. Maysa offers fun filled mum and baby yoga classes that will gradually re-build strength, release tight muscles, help with core and pelvic floor strengthening and calm the mind through breath work. All while meeting new mum in your local area. She brings a decade of passion for yoga to her teaching, and she delights in sharing the many benefits of practice. In 2017, while pregnant, she completed her pre and postnatal yoga teacher training with Katy Appleton.

Her Classes includes movement, breathing awareness, pelvic floor exercises, and relaxation. Her aim is to deepen the connection of the mind and body while working to gradually build strength and release tight muscles.
