Active Newham

Active Newham runs three leisure centres in Newham. The staff can offer support if you want to take part in your favourite sport, help out at a local charity, take on an allotment or even organise an event in your neighbourhood park. There is a variety of group exercise classes and sports available, from zumba, yoga and circuit training to swimming, soft play, and tennis.
