I specialise in helping people to improve their health and energy levels through yoga and nutrition based on my experiences of living with M.E. As a mum I understand the importance of juggling time pressures to keep yourself and family well and the importance of finding time to exercise and relax. I incorporate these tips into my baby yoga sessions to help new parents to manage issues such as colic, sleep deprivation and finding some 'me' time.
