Through yoga games, songs, play and asana, Natalie's classes allow for a fun and fascinating time in a stimulating and stress-free environment. Children are able to explore the many ways in which yoga can help concentration, promote self-esteem, regulate emotions, as well as improve physical and mental well-being.
With a background in education and a degree in Performing Arts, Natalie has had a solid yoga practice since 2011. Her passion for yoga and the benefits that it brings, has culminated in the creation of 'Natty Little Yogis'. Qualified with the Special Yoga Foundation in January 2016 and the TeenYoga Foundation in June 2017 and a 200hr Sivananda RYT, she has taught 'Yoga and Mindfulness for children' at: Lochinvar pre-school Playhouse, Hornsby House School, Eveline Day School, Broomwood Hall, Burntwood School and Royal Russell School. Natalie is mother to two daughters.
