M Time - Baby and Carer Group
Brighton has a new and exciting sessions for babies and children up to 4 years old. These sessions are run by a highly skilled & experienced local performing arts and well-being practitioner.
The sessions are interactive and fun and we offer activities such as dancing, singing, storytelling, messy play, breathing exercises, and an introduction to phonics, sounds and movement.
All sessions are set in a harmonious, clean and supportive setting and will boost your child's development but will also help parents feel relaxed and refreshed.

This class is fab! We enjoyed painting, messy play, music and toys. You don’t need to bring anything with you, M Time has it all covered (from washable paints to aprons). My daughter absolutely adores Marishka, who has given us loads of inspiration and we have recreated lots of the activities at home. Would definitely recommend for a Friday fun packed hour!
What a great group! Both me and my son had a great time- lots to do, from getting messy to singing and dancing. Felt really supportive for mums too, a chance to connect and become a little more grounded. Would totally recommend, Marishka is is wonderful with babies and grown ups alike!
