Julie had been a Yogabirth and Active Birth Yoga teacher for over 25 years and specialises in teaching Pregnancy, Post-natal Yoga and Birth Preparation, including Hypnobirthing and Breastfeeding preparation. Julie is highly experienced and able to adapt classes to enable everyone to participate.
