Sunshine Studios Baby Massage

Taught by a certified IAIM instructor, our calming Baby Massage classes are a great way to have fun with your baby, meet other parents, while learning techniques to encourage relaxation, longer sleep as well as how to help soothe wind, constipation and colic. Babies simply love the fun, beneficial yoga stretches and full body routine taught over the course.
There are also songs to sing along with the routine and a hot drink and chat at the end for you to enjoy, meet other parents with an open chat about any questions you may have.
