Terrible service this evening ! I had booked online/ paid for the 6.30pm Cycle Class.Excited to start I walked in to the class at 6.32 Session had started as expected.i swiftly walked in looked around and saw that all the cycles were occupied not a single one available for me apart from the instructors own at the front .The lady instructor seeing a new face ,not a single word didn't mind me completely ignored.I thought maybe I was in a wrong class maybe there's another class so I quickly left .I checked other rooms but saw no other cycle class so I went down to the reception to explain to the receptionist that I'd paid online and showed her my booking receipt.She emphatically said that if the Instructor had her own cycle which was the case , she ought to give me that to use.So I went back up to tell the instructor what I'd been told.Instructor said to me that she CANNOT let me use her own that it's not her fault.Their online booking system,overbooked that if I wish I can come for the next session at 7.30pm..Unfortunately I couldn't make that time.Desperate I went downstairs again and saw a guy called Solomon ( I recognised he had tried to sell membership to me in the past) behind the reception desk. I explained to him and asked if he could go have a word with the instructor for me.He said bluntly rudely he can't he's busy. The girl at the reception was really polite but as for the other two those nastiness is just a true reflection of how they are , its sad. I will request for my refund as it's pay as you go and never step foot in there again.As for my three daughters planning on membership never ever
