Meet Ruben
Rubén Yon’ton Vucubcame is a Mesoamerican Mexica Anahuaca Native Ritual Artist who is developing a project called "Origin Te Yon’ton - Origin of the Heart," focusing on using channeled art for well-being and healing.
Considering that everything is frequency and vibration, sound and its resonance can be used to transmute the polarities of being.
In this way, Origin Te Yon’ton is an immersive sound experience using Tehotihuacan ritual wind instruments (from central Mexico), guided by the heartbeat of the drum, atmospherically enhanced by voice and Om'pak (Mayan trumpet). Ruben and his brother Eek will host a morning workshop for kids and will lead The Ritual Sound journey in the evening.
Meet Erika Huarcaya
Erika is an indigenous Ancestral Cacao Guardian. She was born into a migrant family of Chanka people narive to Apurimac in the Andes Mountains of Peru. She has been working to recover the roots of her people, their native Quechua language, and the benefits of humanity's inherent connection to Pachamama and nature as a whole.
Don't miss out on this unforgettable experience - mark your calendars and get ready to welcome the essence of sound, cacao, and the full moon into your spirit.
