Relax Kids classes aim to enhance the mental, emotional and physical wellbeing of children.

Relax Kids involves activities including movement, games, breathing and stretching, massage, affirmation and visualisation. Benefits of Relax Kids include enhanced concentration, focus, creativity, imagination, self-worth and self-esteem, self-awareness, feeling of inner calm, positivity, confidence and a sense of health and wellbeing.

Relax Kids is award-wining and was used as part of an NHS Programme which went on to win the Nursing Standards Award for the Mental Health Category. It is used in over 500,000 homes and schools in the UK and in over 35 countries around the world. There have been several pilot studies in schools within the UK which concluded that Relax Kids increased emotional literacy and general wellbeing and, resulted in a dramatic improvement in pupil behaviour.
