Ever wondered what would happen if the stories, myths, legends and characters of Black history could be brought into the digital world?

Join us for an exciting, hands-on creative technology workshop as part of Black History Month, where you’ll explore fascinating Black myths, legends and historical characters and use AI and 3D technology to bring your ideas to life!

You’ll start by exploring a character or story, then use AI text-to-image tools to create your own visual interpretation. You’ll then discover how your 2D creation can be transformed into a 3D digital character, with an introduction to how it could eventually be animated, used in a game, fi lm, VR experience or other digital project.

This fun and creative session is perfect for beginners and anyone interested in Black history, storytelling, AI, digital art, 3D design and emerging technology. No previous experience is needed - just bring your curiosity and imagination!
