Description

Suitable for competent cyclists who wish to try BMX, this course is an introduction to the basic techniques needed to ride the BMX track safely. Riders must be able to cycle standing up on the pedals out of the saddle to do this course.

Ages are for guidelines only so please call the Centre to check suitability of course for the child.

A parental consent form is also required prior to the session.

Courses are all held outdoors so please be prepared for inclement weather.

Refunds will only be given for course cancellations by the centre.

Please note all courses start at time shown and participants should be at the Centre prior to this time.
