Description

Our non-contact boxing fitness classes are specially designed for children aged 5-7 years, helping them get active, have fun, and build confidence in a safe, friendly, and supportive environment.

First class is FREE.

Led by experienced coaches, each session combines boxing-inspired fitness with games and teamwork to keep kids motivated and having fun.

Your child will:

✅ Have loads of fun!

Classes are 45 minutes long and inspired by the national curriculum, supporting key areas of child development - from physical health to social skills. It’s the perfect way to introduce or re-engage children with sport and exercise that will benefit them for life.
