Description

This term-long course runs Tuesdays 3.45pm-4.45pm from Sept 9th - Dec 16th, £160 (Free pick up from Shacklewell Primary and Halley House).

The classes weave yoga postures, breathing, storytelling and relaxation techniques together, increasing self-awareness and confidence in a playful environment.
