This week is an epic Aerial Adventure. We will teach you some tricks and sequences on silks, hoop and slings, and we’ll even get you on some more niche equipment such as Spanish web, aerial net & bungees!
As well as all of the flying fun, we'll have workshops on acro, flexibility and handstands! On the Friday there will be a short performance for the flyers to show off what they have been up to all week so the adults don't miss out on all the fun!

What to wear: Please can everyone wear leggings or tracksuit bottoms and a t-shirt that covers the shoulders. It's a good idea to have a long sleeved top in a bag too, just in case they need a little extra protection. Shorts aren't great for aerial as its better to protect the skin. No zips or jewellery in the class please as they damage the fabric. You don't need shoes or socks for the activity either.
What to bring: A bottle of water is a good idea, a packed lunch and a few snacks as there will also be 2 breaks between the different pieces of equipment.
The Show: Trainers will let you know on the Friday what time (around 16:00) to return to watch what your flyers have been up to all week!
