The sessions will help children to: Explore wishes and feelings and understand worries Look at a range of strategies to help manage strong emotions Take part in a range of creative and physical activities to encourage positive play and interaction between children and their peers Build confidence and social skills Meet new people and make new friends Explore and understand the impact of their behaviour on others Think about, understand and appreciate that we are all unique and different
