Description

Join us to help find and record as many species of plants, animals and fungi that live on the Segedunum fort site. Wallsend falls within the research area of the Natural History Society of Northumbria (NHSN) project and your discoveries will help us to understand the biodiversity of the area.

There will also be nature-based craft activities for all the family to take part in.

This activity is part of the NHSN’s National Lottery Funded Gosforth Wild Web project.

Our Marvellous Mondays events are part of our Ways to Play series of free and low-cost family-friendly activities taking place in museums and galleries across Tyneside.
