Hoop welcomes Newcastle, Gateshead, Sunderland and North & South Tyneside to our growing family!
Hoop’s wheels are in motion and we’re going full steam ahead to reach our goal of bringing the app to every family in the UK and we’re excited to announce that we’re heading to the North East into Tyne and Wear. The strong Geordie contingent amongst our founders are very proud to say that Hoop has finally come back home.
Launching in Geordieland makes Hoop available to another million more people in the UK. At Hoop, we know how fun it can be to discover interesting and unusual activities for the family and we’re delighted to have found so many hidden gems in these new cities.
So why not explore your inner Einstein and make your own lava lamp during National Science Week at the Sunderland Museum & Winter Gardens. If that doesn’t tickle your fancy, let your children call the shots on their own island at Kidocracy in Newcastle; saddle up with the Roman cavalry in North Tyneside or travel through time and program Lego Robot Explorers in South Tyneside and build Roaming Robots in Gateshead.
We’re always excited to come across so many wonderful family activities and can’t wait to bring more to your attention. Next stop, we’re crossing the border once again and hopping into Wales with Cardiff & Swansea!
