The bright lights of the city have been good to Hoop but it’s always been our ambition to make an app that works for every family. This week has been a big milestone for us as we’ve stepped outside the M25 and made Hoop available across the counties of Kent and Essex.
This roll out makes Hoop available to another 3.5 million people. We’ve been incredibly impressed with just how much is going on for families in these counties and we can’t wait to share them with you.
Make the most of the aptly nicknamed ‘Garden of England’ and get out into the greenery to rediscover The Lost World in the High Weald. If prehistoric dinosaurs don’t quite tickle your fancy, how about flexing your creativity and make your own Crowns or Puppets at the Wise Words Festival?
If you think you might have a mini Legolas or Robin Hood in the family, head to the B-Wild Adventures’ Archery Workshop and let them get a bit of practice with a real bow and arrow. Trust us, it’s a much better idea than giving this a bash at home! Worry not if April showers sneak their way in — finish the month on a high note and sing your heart out at the Pop Choir.
It’s been a dream to find so many great activities in Kent and Essex and we really hope that Hoop helps families here to unearth hidden gems and plan great days out. Next, we’re limbering up for our biggest roll out yet… if you’re in the Midlands, stay tuned!
