Sidwell Street Spring Parade
Sidwella, the patron saint of Exeter, will be making a re-appearance at the head of a glorious, light-filled street parade.
An enormous, illuminated puppet of the Saxon saint will glide gracefully through the centre of Exeter, accompanied by lantern-carrying revelers at the Sidwell Street Spring Parade, taking place at 7pm on Sidwell Street on Saturday 22 March.
This delightful, sparkling event celebrates Exeter's culture, community and rich diversity and aims to be the first of many annual events to do that.
The parade is open to all and totally free.
Burn the Curtain will be running lantern workshops in the week proceeding, so get in touch or follow us on social media if you would like to join in.
