Description

An intergenerational music group for 0-4 year olds, their grown-ups and older people, held in care homes and assisted living schemes.
We sing, move, play, make friends and have lots of fun!

Our Songs & Smiles sessions are weekly, free/donate-what-you-can. Spaces are limited and first come first served, so to avoid disappointment please book your space now.

The sessions make people dance with joy, cry with laughter and create
long lasting friendships so everyone has something special to look
forward to. They are relaxed and informal and we even provide refreshments at the end!

It’s important that sessions are full to help make a big impact on boosting wellbeing and reducing loneliness. We completely understand there may be reasons why you can't attend a session, we just ask if you can let us know via email as soon as possible.

That way we can offer your space to someone else so sessions have as much impact as possible, particularly for those who need something special to look forward to. If you miss two sessions in a row, without telling us, we will need to offer your space to others on the waiting list.
