San Shou Kuan (SSK)
San Shou Kuan is a practical martial art orchestrated around its members to help them strive for self improvement. SSK is a kickboxing club in various locations around London and the Home Counties, offering traditional martial arts classes from age 5, and Sanda classes at some locations. Personal training and self defence courses are also available upon request.
