  • Nicki Bailey Tue 9th Jan 2018 Attended with 2 month-old I have loved going to Sarah’s baby and yoga class with my daughter since she was 8 weeks old, it has been the highlight of my week! It really helped me to interact with her, I learnt different holds and techniques to comfort her and relieve baby wind (!), and it helped me to start getting my fitness back too. As the class is in the workshop of a pub I really enjoyed the social aspect of having a coffee afterwards and chatting to other new Mums. Sarah is a lovely yoga teacher, great with Mums and babies and not cheesy at all (that was one of my worries before going). Really recommend it!

The space in Herne Hill is fabulous and Sarah runs a really inclusive, warm and friendly class which is so good for the soul. The classes really helped my confidence as a mother and her tips about post natal fitness have been invaluable. And my daughter loves the classes!!

I've been going since my baby was just a few weeks old and both she and I have loved the experience. Sarah is a brilliant teacher, she's really lovely and her calm nature makes everybody feel relaxed.

She is so warm, caring and creates a super supportive environment where you really feel included within the group. Amazingly remembers everyone's babies names and the class splits 50% baby focussed with catchy rhymes while you do baby massage and flexiblity with the small folk and 50% of the class spent on strength and recovery for mamas. The pace is always up to you and Sarah offers options to push things a little harder or take it easier as you need. Breastfeeding/naps and screaming are all game through the session. I made new friends and always leave feeling recharged and uplifted. Honestly would recommend even if you have never done any yoga, or need to gently get back into things post birth. Thanks Sarah!
  • Leo Gasteen Thu 4th Jan 2018 Attended with 5 month-old Sarah is awesome. I'm brand new to yoga, and she has made me feel welcome and comfortable since the get go. She does amazing baby yoga, which my Alfred loves. Don't hesitate to try it out!
