This is parent-focused, baby friendly exercise!
Our park classes are fun, effective, interval training for post natal fitness levels and up. Babies are welcome and stay in the pram. Older children who can join in or safely entertain themselves are often in class too!
Bring a yoga mat or towel and a bottle of water.
Exercises vary each week and are tailored to your fitness level. MOST will do low impact exercises but high impact options will be provided for fit peeps.
