This is mum-focused, baby friendly exercise.
Our Park Classes are fun, effective, interval training for post natal fitness levels, exercises involve or entertain baby along the way. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for floor work, a rug for baby to lie on and a bottle of water.
Exercises vary each week and are tailored to your fitness level. MOST will do low impact exercises but high impact options will also be provided if you are progressing.
