Fun, effective, interval training for post natal fitness levels, exercises involve or entertain baby along the way.
Exercises will vary each week and are tailored to your fitness level by our personal trainers. MOST will do low impact exercises but high impact options will also be provided if you are progressing.
Fine to bring younger babies and use them in the exercise. Fine to bring older children and have them 'play along' or amuse themselves. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel for floor work, a rug for baby to lie on and a bottle of water.
