Meadvale Karate Club

Meadvale Karate Club is a friendly club with members of all ages, meeting in Meadvale, near Reigate and Redhill. The club began as a self-defence class for mums and their daughters. It progressed and became an official Karate Club, using traditional Shukokai and Shitoryu karate practises and techniques. All classes have a mix of beginners and more experienced students. As well as the regular lessons, there are specialist lessons focusing on, for example, self-defence, weapons or competition training.
