I love these classes-very much geared towards postnatal recovery and looking after yourself. Cher is also brilliant at helping looking after your baby so you get maximum yoga time!

Really wonderful relaxing class. I’ve loved attending this with my baby and nice to meet other mums and enjoy a tea afterwards. Beautiful shop surroundings too!
