KMDT provides realistic self defence classes and courses using Krav Maga skills. We have classes for children aged 4 years and above in Hertfordshire and Milton Keynes. We help children to gain confidence, develop social skills, keep fit and learn to keep themselves safe. We also have classes for teenagers and adults and have 11 classes every week at various locations. KMDT are also employed to deliver regular classes in schools as the knowledge pupils learn are invaluable.
