Description

This class lays the foundation of the ITF syllabus which comprises 24 patterns from White Belt (beginner) up to and including 7th Degree Black Belt. The 45 minute sessions include skills and drills to improve concentration, co-ordination, balance, memory skills, flexibility and fitness. These combine to improve confidence and self esteem, which is a self defence mechanism in itself.

Please do come along, watch a class with your child and meet our instructor, who has many years' experience teaching children, young people and adults of all abilities.

All UK ITF instructors are qualified, insured and recognised by the British Taekwondo Council, a National Governing Body for Taekwondo in the UK. All UK ITF instructors hold Enhanced DBS clearance checks.
