I’ve really needed and enjoyed these classes to help get my fitness back on track after having a baby. You bring your little one along where they sit, crawl or run around while you get your exercise done. I’ve absolutely loved the laid back nature of exercising with a baby/toddler/child in tow. Hayley is amazing and she gives you so much encouragement. Because of the way the exercises are set up it doesn’t matter if your fitness level is non existent (like me) or marathon run ready you get out what you put in. Also, I’ve met some fab mothers along the way. This class has not just helped me physically but emotionally and mentally too. I couldn’t praise them enough for helping us mums get back on the exercise horse and for boosting my self esteem and mental health.
