Description

This class is suitable for children aged 8-11 years of age.
Children who attend this class learn everything they need to gain confidence, be able to focus and become accustomed to the discipline needed to practice martial arts. Classes will help build self-esteem, learn self-control and gain the essential life skills needed to succeed in life.
The Cadet class will also prepare the children in making a smooth transition into to the Senior class once they are old enbough and are ready for the next step.
