Curiosity Hub

At Curiosity Hub, children get ‘hands-on’ exploring science, art and technology!

We offer workshops (ages 6+) and camps (ages 8+) at local community centres during school half-terms and holidays, plus in-school workshops during term-time.

We embrace imagination, creativity and the fun of making stuff in all our activities, including: Lego Robotics, Stop-motion Animation, Minecraft EDU (the education version of Minecraft), Computer Game Development, Squishy Circuits, Digital Music, Rockets, Catapults & more!

  • Caroline Trevill on Facebook Fri 28th Jul 2017 Attended with 8 year-old, and 10 year-old My sons, aged 8 and 10, attended the stop-motion animation workshop on Monday. I had looked at the workshops for a while, but was nervous that they wouldn't get involved or throw a sulk (you know how kids are). They absolutely loved it! In fact they said it's the most fun they've ever had together. I love the idea of taking technology (which usually fills me with parent guilt, such is boy's love of gaming) and taking the very best out of it - developing teamworking skills, creativity, imagination and experimentation. Absolutely worth every penny.
  • Henrietta Corcoran on Facebook Fri 28th Jul 2017 Attended with 6 year-old My 6 year old attended the Lego "Sporty Robots" workshop in Brighton. He absolutely loved it! He got to use the Lego WeDo software to create 2 different types of robots, a football striker and a goalkeeper. Perfect blend of activities pitched for his age. A great intro to computer engineering. The staff were lovely and there were a nice number of children in the group - we'll definitely be looking out for other opportunities. Thank you Curiosity Hub!
