  • Shelley Guttmann on Facebook Fri 28th Jul 2017 BuggyFit is a great, enjoyable way to exercise outdoors. Becky is a great instructor, who puts lots of effort and thoughts into her sessions. I really like how she incorporated a sports day theme in the class; it was fun playing tug of war and egg and spoon race.... It might all sound very easy, but Becky makes sure that everyone works hard to their own ability; I can now hardly walk up the stairs after today's session.... Thank you Becky, it was a great class.

I feel sore after every class - a sure sign that the workouts are effective! The instructor, Becky, makes the workouts challenging (without even realising it) and fun. It is also a great way to meet other Mums in the area. I definitely recommend it!

Becky puts together a challenging but fun workout every week, making getting back into shape after baby a great experience. Every week is something different and the classes will kick your butt (in a good way!). A great way to get in a workout and have fun meeting other mums.
