Welcome to Buggi Bootcamp! If you are a new mummy or daddy and finding it hard to work off the baby weight or just to get you and your baby out and about, this is a perfect class for you both.
The class includes a full body workout, including the important pelvic floor muscle building, body conditioning, Strength building, toning and weight loss exercises with your buggy and baby. A great way to meet other new mums and dads and encourage each other to get fit and share your parenthood experience.
