Bramhall Runners

Bramhall Runners is a running club based in Bramhall, South Manchester. Cheshire. They have a Kids Run Club which is aimed at children from the age of 6, providing them with fitness and run coaching as a base for their own running or to become fitter for any other sport that they do. Training sessions are fun and game based but also include the introduction to more formalised training which includes intervals, 2-5km continual running, hills, circuits and running drills. The club trains throughout the year, with the winter sessions (Oct - March) for age 8 upwards.
