Barkingside Art Club

Barkingside Art Club is an exciting new venture designed to bring us closer together as a community.

The club provides a supportive space for local creatives, artists and art lovers to meet regularly with one another and share ideas. It is a friendly and enriching environment which hosts workshops and exhibitions thereby promoting each individual’s business.

Local creatives will also be given the opportunity to volunteer in helping children with special needs flourish through creative activities. Our artistic approach to teaching and learning is focussed on using art for a good cause.

  • Nina Gore on Facebook Mon 8th Jan 2018 I love being part of the Barkingside Art Club and thankful to Eliyah Qureshi for starting it up. The creative meet ups gives local artists a chance to come together, to network and collaborate on projects. The last project we were involved in was The Big Draw 2017 at Fullwell Cross library. It was a great day for families to come along and draw together. The space at Fullwell Cross library is an ideal space for the local artists to exhibit their artwork and hold workshops. It gives an platform for artists such as myself to exposure their talents and give back to the community. I think that the Barkingside Art Club can bring future creative events to the high street and injection more art and culture within the local community.
  • Mavis Yu on Facebook Mon 8th Jan 2018 My sons enjoyed participating in all the activities of the Barkingside Art Club. It is an inclusive club and Eliyah and her helpers are all kind and friendly. I wish there can be more regular sessions for children! Thank you Eliyah and team!
