Songs & Smiles - Aspen Court, Poplar, London - Booking required

An intergenerational music group for 0-4 year olds, their grown-ups and older people, held in care homes and assisted living schemes. We sing, move, play, make friends and have lots of fun! Our Songs & Smiles sessions are weekly, free/donate-what-you-can. Spaces are limited and first come first served, so to avoid disappointment please book your space now. The sessions make people dance with joy, cry with laughter and create long lasting friendships so everyone has something special to look forward to. They are relaxed and informal and we even provide refreshments at the end! It’s important that sessions are full to help make a big impact on boosting wellbeing and reducing loneliness. We completely understand there may be reasons why you can't attend a session, we just ask if you can let us know via email as soon as possible. That way we can offer your space to someone else so sessions have as much impact as possible, particularly for those who need something special to look forward to. If you miss two sessions in a row, without telling us, we will need to offer your space to others on the waiting list. THANK YOU

Fun Football Classes for toddlers between 18 months - 8 years In North East London

Welcome to Little Kickers. We run fun sessions introducing football for children between the ages of 18 months - 8 years in the North East London region. The Little Kickers pre-school football programme first started over 10 years ago in London. Since then, the programme has grown phenomenally, and in the UK alone now provides over 30,000 enthusiastic young footballers with the chance to let of steam and get fit each week. There are currently over 1700 classes in the UK. Little Kickers operates Internationally, and growth looks set to continue as children from around the world take the opportunity to gain an early introduction to the nation’s favourite sport.
