Northwood Gymnastics has been established for over 35yrs & is based in the Sports Hall at St Helen's School and Northwood School in Northwood.
We are a recreational club and welcome gymnasts of all ages and abilities. The sessions are structured around each gymnast’s ability so they can develop but at the same time are designed to be fun. We follow the British Gymnastics award scheme so that gymnasts are able to work towards badges
