Supporting women to reconnect to their bodies whilst pregnant and beyond. It can be difficult to make time to nurture your own wellbeing whilst caring for a baby. Postnatal yoga classes give you time to reconnect with your body post pregnancy and birth. The yoga classes are for mothers but babies can come along too and they are free to make noise, feed, etc without worry.
