Mamma Method is a babywearing postnatal Pilates class for mums with babies 6 weeks to 12 months.
Created by two Pilates Instructors and postnatal fitness experts, Mamma Method is a challenging & low-impact postnatal Pilates workout while you wear your baby in a carrier. This position helps settle your baby, eliminates the need for childcare, and is an added challenge for you!
Recommended by doctors & physiotherapists, the class is taught to up-beat music and is incredibly effective in strengthening all postnatal target areas (i.e. back, legs, glutes, core and pelvic floor muscles).

Would be even better if sleeping baby in buggy allowed in the studio
Really friendly and welcoming instructor. I'm a complete newbee to Pilates and was very challenged, but i didn't feel out if place which was nice! There is a modified version for mammas needing to go a bit more slowly with things. The only reason it's a 4 not a 5 star is the venue, which with all your baby clobber is a bit tight for space on arrival. Maybe i won't bring buggy next time.
lovely teacher and class was quite hard (which is good) but shame there is no mirror!
