We are the 1st foundation of Martial arts for 3 to 7 yr olds.
We work on
Balance,
Co-ordination,
looking and verbal instructions,
confidence,
teamwork to name a few!
All in a structured class were they go up in grades to Graduating to join our Big Brother Academy.
