Mama Mojo mum and baby indoor and outdoor exercise classes are suitable for all fitness abilities with both high and low impact options. For personal training, you will undergo a full consultation, I will then design you a tailor made personal training program which will see you reach your goals. We have a beginners ladies only running course which will see you gradually building up your running ability to being able to run for 30 minutes in just 10 weeks. We also have a more intermediate running class - Run-Fit which combines running with strength and resistance exercises.
