I had the best time training while watching my lo playing around ..running..or even sometimes joining in! Helen is always motivating and always there to support you. Highly recommended :)
Can’t recommend this enough!! Great workout and lots of fun- much better than the outdoors bootcamps as invariably I make excuses in winter or when it’s raining or too hot or...... well whenever! Also very flexible so if you miss a week it doesn’t cost you anything unlike a lot of the other classes!
