We offer weekly Mum & Baby Post Natal Yoga classes. This class offers a safe and caring environment for Mums to move and strengthen their bodies while connecting with babies. The class is focused on postnatal yoga for Mums while interacting with babies throughout the session.

Simone is both a Pregnancy and Post Natal yoga teacher, with a personal practiced based in Vinyasa Flow. She has been working with Mums through their journey into parenthood and beyond for the past four years and is also in the process of becoming a Birth Doula.
