Really great mummy group, great teacher, great excersises and meet some cool new people
I did it Trainhappy sessions all through my maternity leave and i am now looking forward to coming back to it once my second is born - 2 weeks to go!! It got me out with Poppy and into the fresh air and really made a difference to my overall strength. I did find the pelvic floor strength work actually required a lot of concentration, but I did really feel I got stronger once I was going regularly.
