Philip FarrMon 23rd Oct 2017Attended with 7 year-old, and 10 year-oldOur two children have had lessons for 2 years when out of the blue we were told there was no place for our son in his usual class, even though we had a confirmation email to say he was booked on the Tuesday evening lessons. We need the two children to be on the same evening due to other commitments. We eventually agreed that they could both do Monday eve with a lot of messing around with other things. We then found that the lessons were of a lower standard than those they had been in before. To say it’s dissapointing is an understatement. Swimtime have not been helpful in resolving the matter at all except to offer us different days yet again. Really poor from them. As soon as we find suitable classes we will go elsewhere - I’m not giving them money for what is in effect a lower swim group.
