Sweaty Mama is the fun, effective and interactive workout with your child (no need to worry about childcare). Babies, toddlers and pre-schoolers love Sweaty Mama. Children from 6 weeks to 4 years old+ are welcome. The workout is 45 minutes long, with a mixture of cardio and body weight exercises where you can bond with your child at the same time, and utilise them as a weight too! You work to your own fitness level in a non-judgemental, relaxed, friendly environment.
