This class will help strengthen, re-align and energise your body with postnatal breathing and yoga. It'll help you feel calmer and more "in your body", with time to rest - and if your baby has other ideas and you miss lots of the class, I'll send you a recording afterwards.

Chloe is an excellent teacher and just really lovely, I'm new to yoga but this class is great, and especially as my baby is often climbing over me! It's great way to feel connected to other mums as well during this lockdown! 100% recommend
I have been doing these classes since my baby was 8 weeks old and he loves them as much as me. Chloe creates a calm space which has enabled me to reconnect with myself as a new mom and my boy loves to watch me and other moms yoga. These classes keep me calm, grounded and connected to other mamas.
