Postnatal strengthen, restore and calm, and connect with other mums and babies at home too.

Please note this class will be streamed live to your home.

This class will help strengthen, re-align and energise your body with postnatal breathing and yoga. It'll help you feel calmer and more "in your body", with time to rest - and if your baby has other ideas and you miss lots of the class, I'll send you a recording afterwards.
